amil filmmaker Vetrimaaran (of Polladhavan andAadukalam fame ) introduces his former associate,Manimaran as director with Udhayam NH4. Vetrimaaran is the writer and the creative producer of the film which sees Dayanidhi Alagiri as the main producer. The film has Siddarth in the lead and introduces Ashrita Shetty. Udhayam NH4 also sees the entry of Hindi actor Kay Kay Menon to Tamil Cinema who plays the antagonist here. Music is byG.V.Prakash Kumar while Velraj is the DOP andKishore T.E the editor. The film is slated for release later in the month along with a Telugu version.
